A native of Maspeth, NY, Craig has over 24 years of hockey experience and is a level 5 USA Hockey certified coach.  Before joining the Long Island Gulls' and New York Bobcats' hockey organization, Craig was the Head Coach of the Metro Moose (MET League) Junior hockey team for five seasons after serving as an Assistant Coach for one season.  In Craig's five seasons with the Moose, the team qualified for USA Hockey Nationals three times and captured two CHA league championships.  Craig's prior coaching experience includes roles such as the Assistant Coach at Christ the King High School, as well as the Assistant Coach for the New York City Empire State team, where he worked under current Connecticut Whale Assistant Coach, Pat Boller. Craig currently is a coach and scout for Hockey Essentials.  

Prior to beginning his coaching career, Craig played at Christ the King where he served as team captain his junior and senior year.  A graduate of St. Johns University, Craig has also worked for the New York Rangers where he began in the marketing and youth hockey departments.

Robert’s extensive coaching background and credentials include numerous titles and experiences.  Along with currently being Level-4 USA Hockey Certified, included among Robert’s titles is his current role as Video Consultant for the St. Louis Blues and Hockey Essentials, along with Assistant/Video Coach of the Metro Moose Junior B team, which contributed towards a CHA Regular Season and Playoff Championship, and a USA Tier 3 National Championship Appearance in 2010-2011, and also in 2009-2010.  

During the 2008-2009 season, Robert helped the organization become Regular Season Champions and CHA Playoff Runners-Up, and earned a USA Tier 3 National Championship Appearance.  From 2008-2010, Robert was also the Assistant Coach of the New York City Selects.

Alexis DeMolina

Alexis embarks on his third season with the New York Bobcats.

 

DeMolina serves as an assistant to the coaching staff, and is also the team’s equipment manager.  He is relied upon to handle and assist with the day-to-day duties both on and off the ice.

 

The former Bobcat, who played with the club in 2012-13, is also a Long Island Gulls practice coach and was the Holy Cross High School Varsity Hockey Assistant Coach last season.  DeMolina also interned with the NHL at the 2013 Entry Draft.  In 2011-12, while at Salve Regina University, DeMolina was a part of the hockey operartions deparment.

 

Prior to skating with the Bobcats, DeMolina was a four-year member of Holy Cross High School Varsity Hockey, where he served as an assistant captain his junior and senior year. He also dressed for the Green Machine IceCats U18 Team in 2009-10.

 

DeMolina is working towards his degree from Dowling College (’16).
