The New York Collegiate Baseball League 2016 All-Star Game will be hosted by the Syracuse Salt Cats on July 14th at Onondaga Community College in, Syracuse, NY.

The event will feature the league’s annual All-Star luncheon, Major League Baseball scout day, League Home Run Derby and All-Star Game.

All-Star Selection Process:
The 2016 New York Collegiate Baseball League All-Star Teams will be chosen by the league's All-Star selection committee consisting of the coaching staff's from each franchise.

Each of the league's franchises will send nominations to the league office.  The selection committee will then decide on the top 60 players through voting.

 

Admission:

Adults- $5

Children- $3 for 12 and under

        Noon-1:00pm       Luncheon – Dinning Facility

Guest Speaker – Steve Grilli

                                     

        1:30pm -2pm       Player's Warm-up – Onondaga CC Baseball Stadium, Syracuse, NY

 

    2:00 pm-4:00pm       Skills Competition- Coordinated by NYCBL and MLB Scouts

                                    Outfielder/Catchers throw for accuracy

                                    Pop time and 60 yard dash

 

    4:00pm-6:00pm         All Star Team Photos

 

    5:30pm-6:30pm         NYCBL HR Derby

 

    6:45pm-6:55pm        All-Star Team Introductions

 

    7:10 pm                    First Pitch

 

After game awards:  MVP, Outstanding Defensive Player, Outstanding Offensive Player, Homerun Derby
