winter and summer programs are based on a set number of goaltenders to instructor ratio, and therefore there is a first come, first serve enrollment. There will be no refunds or credits for camp deposits on cheques or money that are deposited. Please see below for cancellation and refund policy. Pro Goal Development operates under PGD Hockey Inc.
PGD HOCKEY INC. INJURY CANCELLATIONS
If your son/daughter has sustained a serious injury and can not partake in PGD HOCKEY INC. camps that he/she has signed up for, PGD HOCKEY INC. will issue a credit that will expire one year from the time issued (Only if outstanding fees are fully paid). The credit will only be offered as the same value and will not be offered in cash. The goaltender will be given an official credit coupon that will expire in a year, and this is the responsibility of the goaltender and not PGD HOCKEY INC. to enroll and use his/her credit within that time frame, afterwards the credit will expire. In order to receive an injury credit, the goaltenders injury must be in a seriousness that will not allow for participation for the length of the camp. Minor injuries such as flu, cold, muscle cramps etc. will not be grounds for credit. All injury credits will be finalized with a doctor’s letter explaining in detail reasons for the goaltenders injury and severity. All doctors’ letters must be on a formal letterhead from your family doctor and not from a walk in doctors clinic or a doctors note pad.
PGD HOCKEY INC. CAMP INJURIES
Any goaltender who attends any camps PGD HOCKEY INC. offers will not be offered any refunds or credits for injuries sustained at any of our PGD HOCKEY INC. camps. Goaltenders are expected to be in good physical health and condition before attending camp. Any health concerns must be brought forward prior to your son/daughter’s first session with PGD HOCKEY INC. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
PGD HOCKEY INC. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Due to PGD HOCKEY INC limiting camp numbers to ensure a low goaltender to instructor ratio, all deposits are nonrefundable. If you choose to cancel 3 months or more prior to your selected camp, a refund of any cheque or money, minus the deposit will be issued. If you choose to cancel between 3 months to 2 months prior to your son/daughters selected camp you will receive a camp credit (if outstanding amount owed is already paid) that is good for up to one year from time of cancellation. If you choose to cancel after 2 months to the camp date, there will be no credit or refund. There is no exception to this policy.
