The Virginia Tech Ice Hockey Club is a student run organization funded and supported by the rec sports department of Virginia Tech. To supplement the team's large overhead (ice time, travel, lodging, etc.), each player pays team dues upwards of $2200. The team is always welcoming and appreciative of donations that will provide the necessary financial security for the club so the players may continue to enjoy the sport they love while also in pursuit of a valuable college education. Donations are tax deductible and may be made via the new Crowdfunding Site or via the Virginia Tech Foundation as detailed below:

Virginia Tech Foundation:
1. Go to https://apps.es.vt.edu/onlinegiving/gift
2. Enter the gift frequency and gift amount
3. In the "Select an Area", leave it as it is.
4. In the "Search for an Area to Support" type in "Virginia Tech Ice Hockey Club".
5. Click add this gift to your cart and then finish the checkout process.
