Genesee Rapids to host 2023 NYCBL All Star Game at Houghton University

The NYCBL is excited to announce that the Genesee Rapids will be hosting the 2023 NYCBL All Star Game at Houghton University on Monday July 10th at 6:30pm. A formal schedule of events for the day will be announced in June. The NYCBL All Star Game was won by the Western Division last season in an epic 3-2 ballgame held in Cortland.
"Our league strives to be a leader in the NACSB. Our franchises have excelled year in and year out. The All Star Game success is a testament to our franchises and their approach to giving our players great exposure, we are excited to work with Ralph and the Rapids and thank Dr. Lewis at Houghton University for hosting us this upcoming summer," said Commissioner Joe Brown.
“We are delighted to partner with the Genesee Rapids to bring the 2023 NYCBL All Star Game to Houghton University. We look forward to welcoming All Star players, their coaches and parents as well as Major League Baseball Scouts to the Houghton Community.” said Houghton University President Dr. Wayne D. Lewis Jr.
Ralph Kerr, owner of the Genesee Rapids said, “The Rapids are excited to host the 2023 NYCBL All Star Game in Houghton again. Our fans still talk about the exciting All Star Game we hosted several years ago .”
