Rob Levine and Associates Offer 15 Scholarships to Waves Summer Camp

The Ocean State Waves are hosting the 2017 Ocean State Waves – Rob Levine Annual Baseball Camp.
Attorney Rob Levine and Associates are proud to help and support the community by offering 15 scholarships to those in need to attend the baseball camp. Levine and Associates have offered scholarships for children over the past two seasons and are looking forward to contributing in their third. “This is our third year working with the Ocean State Waves and every year it just keeps getting better,” Levine said.
This season the 15 scholarships are five more than were donated last season. The scholarships go toward players 8-14 years of age that are need of financial aid to attend the camp. “The Heavy Hitter himself has really stepped up to the plate again for the community. We couldn’t be more excited that Rob Levine is going to be helping 15 families out this year,” said Waves President, Matt Finlayson. At the camp, players will learn how to improve their skills on the baseball diamond from the Ocean State Waves’ players themselves.
“It’s an honor and a privilege to be working with such a great organization that truly shares our dedication to helping kids get involved and have positive role models,” Levine said.
This year there will be two locations for the summer camp. The first camp occurs at Old Mountain Field in South Kingston on the weeks of June 26, 2017 and July 24, 2017. This camp is run injunction with South Kingston Parks and Recreation.
For the second year, the Waves will host camp in Westerly, Rhode Island at Cimalore Field. The Waves are proud to partner with the Westerly High School baseball program to bring the players the first Waves satellite camp. The Westerly camp runs on the week of July 10, 2017. All camp sessions run Monday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Levine and Associates are thrilled to be back and help players get a chance to learn from some of the top college baseball players in the country. “We are always looking for ways to give back to the community and the Waves has helped us do that in a team effort,” Levine said.
