WENINGER NCAA SCHOLARSHIP TO UNIV. NEBRASKA-OMAHA
Pro Goal Development is proud to announce Evan Weninger (Kindersley SJHL / Saskatoon, SK) has received an NCAA Scholarship to the University of Nebraska-Omaha for the 2015-16 season. Weninger is the 4th Pro Goal Development goaltender to receive an NCAA Scholarship in 2015.
Weninger becomes the 18th Pro Goal student to receive an NCAA scholarship in the last 11 years and 15th in the last 5 seasons.
Evan was also a member of Team Canada West at the World Jr "A" Challenge hosted in Kindersley Sask.
Weninger was named the Top Goaltender in the SJHL and a runner up for the Canadian Junior Hockey League Top Goaltender that was won by another PGD Hockey goaltender in Nic Renyard.
