LETHBRIDGE X-MAS CAMP JAN 4/5, 2017
Pro Goal Development is once again holding a Christmas Prep Camp January 4 and 5, 2017 at the Lethbridge Westside Twin Rinks.
This camp sells out very quickly.
There is a max of 15 goaltenders for the one group.
3:1 Student to Instructor ratio.
Every goaltender will receive a PGD jersey, Gatorade chew bar, classroom session and a daily vision training session.
Gatorade sports performance drinks are available onsite.

11:45 am – 12:00 am Dynamic Warmup
12:30 am - 1:45 pm On-Ice
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm Vision Training
3:00 pm - 4:15 pm On Ice
