The NECBL is one of the nation’s premier summer collegiate baseball leagues. Founded in 1994, the NECBL has sent more than 200 players to Major League Baseball. In addition, hundreds of former NECBL interns have gone on to work in college and professional sports, including roles in media, analytics, broadcasting, and more.
There are opportunities to intern with each of our 13 teams, or to join the league office as a communications intern for the summer.
The team internships will require you to live in that team’s community and attend home games, and some internships (such as broadcasting) require travel to all away games. The league communications internship can be performed remotely, though there is the opportunity to attend games if desired.
