HNO offers the Awards Recognition Program developed to honour deserving participants and volunteers of hockey across the region.
2021 - 2022 Award Winners:
- T.B. "Bones" McCormack Meritorious Award: Wayne Salatino, Thunder Bay
- Volunteer of the Year: Kevin Kozar, Thunder Bay
- Coach of the Year Award: Brendan Mulligan, Schreiber
- Hockey Canada Officiating Branch Awards
- Most Improved: Brandon McKinnon, Manitouwadge
- Most Promising: Lucas Pavey, Kenora
- Most Dedicated/Deserving: Ken Evans & Dave Maltese, Thunder Bay
Each award has its own established set of criteria and nominations are currently available for submission.
