Carter Joins Mainers to Assist in Analytics Tracking
The Sanford Mainers are pleased to announced another addition to the 2022 internship program, bringing on Kobie Carter as the team’s TrackMan Data & Operations/Analytics Specialist.
Carter is a student of Southern Maine Community College where he majors in Sports Management. He will graduate SMCC making the Dean's List and earn an Associate's Degree in Sports Management.
Currently, Kobie is the SMCC baseball team manager. His duties include practice/game day management, helping inventory all team apparel, and in-game statistics/analytics. Kobie is a valuable part of the SMCC Baseball Program and helps the team run smoothly in all facets.
2022 will be Kobie Carter's first summer with the Sanford Mainers. Carter dreams of one day working for a professional sports organization. He is originally from Rockland, Maine and currently lives in South Portland, Maine.
