Jimmy Iucci


Jimmy Iucci has 20 years playing experience in Travel, High School, Junior and Pro levels. 

Iucci is a USA hockey Certified level 4 coach that brings 10 years of coaching experience. He has been managing levels Mite through Midget at the Tier III, Tier II and Tier I Youth Travel levels with Aviator Hockey Club. There, he has been part of championship teams in the LIAHL & HVHL, regular season champs, Invitational weekends and International tournaments. 

He is currently coaching Juniors with the New York Aviators in the NA3HL & Nationally ranked AAA PW Majors with Aviator Hockey Club. In the off season he runs Training Programs and Battle Camps with Juggernaut Sports. This training program is designed for the competitive athlete. Players desire to be challenged both on and off the ice with workouts targeted for advancement.  

Jimmy Iucci remains dedicated to player development specializing in footwork, shooting theory, skill development, high-tempo game scenarios and puck management. 

With this training approach he has developed players currently playing AAA, Prep School, Tier II & III Junior, USHL and NCAA College Hockey. 

Milan Jurcina
 

Milan Jurcina played 430 games over seven seasons in the NHL, playing for the Boston Bruins, Washington Capitals, Columbus Blue Jackets and New York Islanders. An imposing force on the blue line, Jurcina scored 81 points (22G, 59A) in his NHL career.

In addition to his NHL career, Jurcina spent two years in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), along with one season in SM-Liiga and the Czech ExtraLiga. Internationally, Jurcina has represented Slovakia at three Olympics and four IIHF World Championships and two World Junior Championships. 

Lubomir Visnovsky


A 14-year NHL veteran, Lubomir Visnovsky is highly-regarded as one of the top offensive-defensemen of his era. Visnovsky scored 495 points (128G, 367A) in 883 games with the LA Kings, Edmonton Oilers, Anaheim Ducks and New York Islanders. An NHL All-Star, Visnovsky is the second-highest-scoring Slovakian defenseman and one of two to score at least 400 points. In 2010-11, he led all NHL defensemen with a career-high 68 points (18G, 50A).

Internationally, Visnovsky represented Slovakia at nine IIHF World Championships, winning gold in 2002, silver in 2000 and bronze in 2003. Visnovsky played in four Olympics, two World Cups of Hockey and is sixth all-time in games played for Team Slovakia, scoring 18 goals from the back end. 

Miroslav Satan
 

One of the most decorated Slovakian players of all time, Miroslav Satan’s illustrious hockey career includes: a Stanley Cup, a gold medal, two silvers and a bronze at the IIHF World Championships. Satan played 1050 NHL games, scoring 735 points (363G, 372A) with the Buffalo Sabres, Edmonton Oilers, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins and Boston Bruins. He was also a two-time NHL All-Star. 

Internationally, Satan is Team Slovakia’s all-time leading goal scorer, with 86 goals in 183 games played. Satan also captained Slovakia to three medals at the World Championships, gold in 2002, silver in 2000 and bronze in 2003. A four-time Olympian, Satan was recently named General Manager for Team Europe at the upcoming World Cup of Hockey.

Jaroslav Halak
 

Jaroslav Halak, the New York Islanders’ all-star goalie, is LIC Ice’s off-season goalie school mentor. A 10-year NHL veteran, Halak has played over 350 regular-season games for the Islanders, St. Louis Blues, Montreal Canadiens and Washington Capitals.

Halak has had success everywhere he’s been in the NHL, posting winning records with all four teams. He set the Islanders single-season wins record (38) in 2014-15, took the underdog Canadiens to the Eastern Conference final in 2010 and won the William Jennings trophy for lowest goals-against average in 2011-12 with St. Louis.

Internationally, Halak has represented Slovakia at two Olympics, three World Championships and two World Junior Championships.
