Leagues that are interested in joining the NACSB are required to be a registered non-profit organization. Each team within the league also must be a non-profit organization. Applicants should have at least one year of operation and have similar structure, goals, and objectives as the NACSB. Additionally, applicants must be willing to join any exclusive contracts the NACSB is bound by.
All leagues applying for membership are subject to approval by the Board of Directors and should carry a recommendation from Major League Baseball.
