- We are committed to ensuring our members invest in our team of coaches, trainers, and league officials to ensure our children receive the best possible instruction
- Our goal is that through fair play and sportsmanship our children will learn that the key to success is self-confidence and respect.

- Provide scheduling and practices to assist with a player academic studies
- We help to mold players into respected members of the community
- NIHF is “Hockey without Boundaries” play where you want and for who you want.
- Players from all countries can play
Mandate
- Provide Game stats including Goals and Assists to promote our players to higher level teams.
- Work with our leagues to recruit local Referees, train and develop them to provide the best game management possible.
- Manage player and coach's discipline.
- Develop monthly newsletter promoting our leagues
- Develop our own Video Channel so we can promote the leagues we sanction
- Provide marketing materials to assist in recruitment of players
- Provide a selection of AAU sanctioned events in the USA and Canada so teams have the most competitive games possible.
- All teams will be eligible to qualify for the AAU North American Ice Hockey Championships
