It was a great weekend for Glace Bay Minor Hockey teams!
The Peewee A Miners won the Cape Breton Cup playoff with a record of 5-0! ...And have advanced to the North Conference Championship Will against the Pictou County Crushers.
In Mabou on the weekend, Glace Bay Miners Bantam "C" team defeated Cape Breton West 5-4 to claim the division championship.
In Coxheath, our Atom "C" Miners were top in their division at the County arena and claimed the title.
The PeeWee AAA Miners were Cape Breton Cup winners in North Sydney, after they defeated Sydney 10-2 in the championship game. They now advance to provincials in Halifax March 21-24, 2019
And Congratulations to our Cape Breton Blizzard Midget A's as they punched their ticket to the Day of Champions with a strong 8-2 playoff win over Fundy Highland at the Emera Centre!
